These terms apply to all orders and enquiries with Fu Luxe Bloom. By placing an order and completing payment, you agree to the policies below.

1) Service coverage & currency

  • Delivery coverage is limited to Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley.
  • All prices are charged in RM (MYR).

2) Products & images

  • Product images are for reference only. Colour tone and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, styling, and screen settings.
  • Handmade and floral products may have small natural variations that do not affect the overall value or presentation.
  • Availability may change without prior notice.

3) Lead time, cut-off & scheduling

  • The earliest delivery date is based on the slowest lead-time item in your cart.
  • Daily cut-off time is 4:00 PM.
  • Orders placed after cut-off may be scheduled from the next available preparation window.
  • Sunday delivery is unavailable unless explicitly confirmed by us.

4) Delivery fees & free delivery

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on destination state and postcode zone.
  • Free delivery applies when your cart subtotal reaches RM300 or above within eligible areas.
  • Fee policies and promotional delivery offers may be updated without prior notice.

5) Delivery attempts & recipient responsibility

  • Selected delivery slots are preferred windows, not guaranteed exact arrival times.
  • Please provide the recipient’s correct name, phone number, and full address details.
  • If the recipient is unreachable, we may leave the order with building security, reception, or arrange redelivery where possible.
  • Additional charges may apply for failed delivery attempts or repeated delivery arrangements.

6) Substitution policy

  • Flowers, wrapping, decorative materials, and supporting accessories may be substituted if specific items are unavailable.
  • We will preserve the overall tone, style, and value of the design as closely as possible.
  • If you have strict colour or flower requirements, please enquire before making payment.

7) Add-ons & personalisation

  • Add-ons are prepared according to your checkout selection.
  • Message card text and item remarks are processed exactly as submitted.
  • Please check spelling, names, and personal notes carefully before confirming your order.

8) Payment & order confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • If payment fails, is cancelled, or is not completed, the order is not reserved.
  • Availability is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully received and recorded.

9) Changes, cancellations & refunds

  • Changes to delivery details must be requested as early as possible.
  • Once production or delivery preparation has started, some changes may no longer be possible.
  • Cancellations and refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Delivery fees may not be refundable once a delivery attempt has been made or dispatch has started.

10) Custom / bespoke orders

  • Custom and bespoke orders are confirmed through enquiry and discussion before production begins.
  • Once custom production has started, such orders are generally non-refundable unless we fail to deliver the agreed order.
  • Special sourcing, custom themes, or highly personalised work may require longer preparation time.

11) Money handling & currency authenticity

  • Source of currency. All Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) notes incorporated into our products are obtained through legitimate banking channels. We verify each note for authenticity at the point of preparation.
  • Face value confirmation. The face value of currency in each product matches exactly what is shown in your order summary at checkout. Customers may verify the count and condition upon delivery in the presence of our delivery representative where applicable.
  • Post-delivery responsibility. Once an order is delivered and accepted by the customer or recipient, full responsibility for the currency contained in the product transfers to the recipient. Fu Luxe Bloom Enterprise shall not be liable for any subsequent loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of currency after delivery acceptance.
  • Removing the money. Our products are designed for presentation. The recipient is responsible for safely removing currency from the floral arrangement. We are not liable for tears, creases, or accidental damage to notes during removal by the recipient.
  • Not legal tender claims. While currency notes used remain legal tender, we make no warranty regarding the acceptance of any specific note by third-party banks or merchants if presented in unusual condition (folded, decorated, etc.) after the recipient handles the product.

12) Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total aggregate liability arising from or connected to any order shall not exceed the total price paid by the customer for that specific order.
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of goodwill, emotional distress, or missed celebrations.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

13) Force majeure

  • We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, floods, fires, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions, transport disruptions, supplier shortages, postal/courier failures, civil unrest, or acts of state.
  • In a force majeure event, we will contact you to reschedule delivery or, if delivery is no longer possible, issue a refund or store credit at our discretion.

14) Intellectual property

  • All content on this website — including the brand names Fu Luxe Bloom · 福乐丝绽, Aura Globe · 福光球, Lavish Bloom · 福华花束, Opulence Tier · 福满塔, our logos, photographs, copy, and floral designs — is the property of Fu Luxe Bloom Enterprise.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
  • By submitting photographs of your received order on social media tagging us, you grant Fu Luxe Bloom Enterprise a non-exclusive royalty-free licence to repost the image on our marketing channels with credit to you.

15) Privacy & communication

  • We collect personal data only for order fulfilment, delivery coordination, and customer support — in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA Malaysia).
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
  • By enquiring or ordering, you consent to receive order-related communications via WhatsApp, email, or phone call.

16) Governing law & dispute resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
  • Any dispute arising from your order or these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith discussion with us via WhatsApp or email.
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

17) Changes to these terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be notified via our website. The version in effect at the time you place an order applies to that order.
